Da wir Fachleute dabei hatten und der freundliche Nachbar aus dem Hertehof vorbeikam und mit der Besitzerin telefoniert hat, konnte die Heizung vernünftig eingestellt werden. "Self check in was fine, however there was only a phone number to contact, never saw any staff in the hotel except for one when walking past at breakfast. Stayed Saturday & Sunday night, and hardly slept both nights. Saturday, a restaurant next door had music playing until midnight which was fine, what was not expected was to then hear music afterwards from a DJ(?) which sounded like it was coming from below the hotel. "
