"I do a bit of traveling, and Intercontinental Miami was wonderful. Went to Vegas this year and one would think that a tourist town of Las Vegas would have 5-star accommodations. Instead, I found Las Vegas has deteriorated into a filthy place and seedy environment. It was not always this was, but it appears Covid has taken its' toll on Las Vegas. I share this because I assumed all resort destinations had experienced similar results from Covid. Not true. Intercontinental Miami was simply fantastic. The staff was wonderful. All were polite, respectful, and very accommodating. The grounds and accommodations were immaculate. My wife and I will return! It was so very refreshing to visit a city and stay in a hotel that, combined, demonstrated an environment I thought was lost to a deteriorating society."
