「Check in time was at 3pm. We were there at 3pm and were told to wait for two hours for rooms to be ready. It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. We left and Expedia does not want to reimburse the money we paid for a room that...

The hosts and their team are very helpful and friendly. And the best: our dogs were welcome and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. To Dog owners: to maintain this place dog friendly control your dogs and clean up after them, thank you! Overall one of the best places we stayed in the Uvita region! 」
