「It was like staying inside a well kept jungle! The wildlife (birds and plants) on the property were gorgeous. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. The breakfast was amazing! We only ordered dinner once and it was beautiful. I was okay that the location was closer to the volcano than the downtown. My only complaints are that there weren't enough...

「The Front Desk/Reception staff members are friendly, helpful and responsive to the needs of the guests. The food was okay in the cafes. However, the Italian restaurant food made me sick with diarrhea; I had the penne pasta with ground meat/Bolognese sauce and got sick afterwards. The room was clean. The toilet water pressure remained low even though the staff adjusted it.」

「Gorgeous scenery, generous ocean view from balcony. Air conditioning sub par and fans did not work. Restaurant was excellent but more expensive than outside. Breakfast was decent. Drive up to hotel was very steep! Overall, the hotel itself was great, I think that we went in not peak season so maintenance overall was not on point. It gets incredibly humid so fans that worked would have been great. The gift store had amazing air conditioning but overpriced things. Tours from hotel also...
