Everything added to have an excellent experience, from the friendly staff to the sauna and pool where we went at the end of a day to relax after being walking and discovering Tallin all day. "Service was hit or miss, some friendly some were not friendly, the hotel was modern and very clean, breakfast was very good, room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee in Lobby which is a big plus. One lady who worked in the bar was so cold and unfriendly, she seemed to really dislike us, and it showed. The people who worked on the front desk were very helpful and polite"
