"La réception nous a remis un mauvais numéro de chambre pour laquelle, comme de raison, la clé ne fonctionnait pas. Ma fille, qui porte le même nom de famille et qui occupait une chambre adjacente a offert de passer à la réception chercher la bonne clé pour moi. Le personnel a carrément refusé de lui remettre citant les règlements de l’hôtel ce qui est compréhensible sauf que ça ne s’est pas fait de façon courtoise malgré que c’était l’erreur de la réception de nous avoir assigné la mauvaise chambre. Pressés de respecter une réservation dans un restaurant du voisinage et à cause des travaux routiers dans le voisinage nous avons finalement passé à la réception en fin de soirée. La chambre était très bien et le déjeuner au restaurant le lendemain aussi mais, pour notre prochain séjour à Québec, ce sera ailleurs!"

"The hotel is a bit dated. Our room location was great, as it was right next door to the outdoor spa. It was ok for the price we paid."

"The breakfast menu was great - only lacking bacon! Our grandchildren immensely enjoyed the pool, hot tube, waterslide and spill buckets. We stayed for three nights and had them stay with us the last night as we left Quebec at 5 am. The pull down bed was excellent! I believe our room was for handicapped guests, which we are not, so it meant a shortened tub and a small counter in the bathroom."

"We secured a last minute booking when our plane was cancelled and had an extra day in Quebec but was too early to get in our room. The front desk clerk offed to hold onto our bags so we could go sightseeing in Quebec. Upon our return, we needed a place to eat but had no card. The night clerk suggested several local delivery restaurants and pointed out his favorite. Then we had a 4AM airplane, and the front desk made a note to call and book cab for our airport ride. They even had a coffee and a roll for our early morning trip to the airport. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely book here again. "
