"Super helpful staff. Can purchase the Salzburg Pass with reception to take advantage of the city. The Skybar had great views and food was good as well. Would stay again if we returned some day."

"Not near the Danube but a 30 minute walk. Felt safe walking in Budapest. Hotel is also 30 minute walk to Heroes Square. The square in in City Park and adjoins the zoo. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful and good English language skills are obviously required. Nice breakfast buffet in morning. Good dinner menu. Excellent food service."

"Vey well maintained property; large rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Excellent location, with access to the Schonbrunn palace, public transport, restaurants. High quality and sumptuous breakfast and attentive, helpful staff in dining room The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. I had a very early departure, but the front desk staff member I spoke to previous night helped arrange a packed breakfast at 4:00 a.m."
