“As mentioned, the communication was excellent between guest and host. The only issue we had was the placement of the lockbox for the keys. We weren't sure if the box that was located near the garage floor was a lockbox or some sort of sensor or anything. If the lockbox was placed at eye level say for a 5'10" person, I think this would be more accommodating to your tall guest as well as not so tall guest. The location would probably be an issue for those with health challenges or elderly.……

“Seabreeze Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to the beach was easy, and we loved being able to come back to the house for lunch and breaks throughout the day. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for our family of four.The king suite was comfortable, and having separate bathrooms for both bedrooms was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed riding bikes around the island and visiting nearby restaurants and the pier area. Communication……

“Very nice house, spacious living room and kitchen. Bedrooms were nice. Hot tub did not have water in it. Wish they would have had some beach towels and beach chairs but overall was a great stay! 2 smaller cars fit in the garage comfortably and 2 vehicles outside.”

“The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. ”
