「Clean, great kitchen, refrigerator washer and AC. The property manager Wilsan was really excellent... friendly polite and respectful. We had as many as 11 members of her family sleeping here occasionally with no problems.They loved the swimming pool, kitchen, and close proximity to SM Mall」

「The owner is really accommodating. The parking is not free though. If you have a car. You have to pay extra per day for the parking fee inside the condo unit. Other than that, everything else is good. The unit is a walking distance to the convenience stores and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes drive to Gaisano Mall. Major banks is everywhere. There’s a money changer across the road. Overall, I love the place and the location.」

The property owner forgot to mentioned one of the important details such as local contact person prior to check-in. 「I dont have a problem with the host but the unit itself no shower and the toilet flush is not working you have to use the tabo and baldi., Shout out to some of the gaurd in entrance I am so upset for asking so many question untill I checked in so late, so strict, ang pangit ng management nila, for honest review not recommended.」
