Definitely feels like home away from home

The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Our only downfall was seeing the pool area wasnt well kept, debris and dead bugs. The lawn furniture was dirty as well we didn't sit directly on it. Other than that the place was perfect.

Beautiful Home but with some disappointments.

Beautiful spacious house. The pool area was very private, which is a big plus for when we vacation. The majority of the house was clean, but we had to do some wipe downs of handrails, and fridge drawers that had dried up spills. We couldn’t use the pool the first day of arrival, didn’t seem clean. Kids were disappointed. Management did have someone come in the next day to clean it. To us, water was not as warm as I expected for paying extra. Hot tub was lukewarm water, did not get hot at all during the whole week.

Overall the house was very nice and clean on the inside. The only negative I have to say is the electricity in bathrooms didn’t work to be able to curl your hair in all the bathrooms. I call maintenance and nobody never came by. And it was still old trash in the can when we arrived up until our stay ended.

Looked good in pics, but that changed in person.

Dirty , worn out mattresses and pillows . Pool was nice and warm but no pool lights and after reaching out to staff multiple times , nothing was fixed and nobody reached out . Wont be back to this particular property again.

Nice location for the wedding we were attending

House was nice and roomy for our family. Repairs are needed though. Pool child fencing was broken in two places. Pictures showed a pool table in the garage game room but it wasn’t there. Still fun game area though. Disappointed they don’t leave behind left over coffee filters , sugar packs, and non perishables like other Florida VRBOs we’ve stayed at. I understand no food items for bugs and safety sake but leave the 90 coffee filters left behind for the next family. Sealed salt and pepper, other items our beach front condos always leave behind would also be recommended. Just my opinion from using VRBOs in Florida for the past 20 years.
