We were a little disappointed in the accommodations. The beds are really low to the floor. The carpet upstairs and in stairwell was stained. The dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, you may want to look into this which will cause the electric bill to be extremely high. The roaches in the kitchen, and the roaches in the kitchen we had to buy some (home defense). The neighborhood was great, as well as the neighbors.The house was in close range of most places we went.

Huge, wonderful home!
We have stayed in Watersong before, and we have yet to be disappointed! This house was big, very clean, the pool (we opted to add heat) was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was huge! United Vacation Homes was great to work with. The security guards at the front gate were super kind and helpful, and even the neighbors were great! We definitely recommend this home!

It is located within a short driving distance of golfing or Disney. Traffic will play a role in transportation times. The property was clean and maintained. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms with both bath and shower in some rooms. The downstairs living accommodation was huge with an open plan kitchen. The outside area had a lovely pool which was a blessing after long days at the parks. In the garage was a games room with pool table and air hockey. A large round poker table was available too if you fancied a game of cards. 6 adults and one infant had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely book it again if we ever go to Florida again.

Second stay not as good as first stay at this house
We were looking forward to our return visit to this house, since the size and layout of the home is perfect for our family vacation. After driving almost 9 hours we arrived at the house to find out the entry code given to us was not working. Tried calling management company, no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. Luckily Maria at the guard shack was able to get in touch with the owner to remotely reprogram the door code. The house did have some new furniture but the furniture didn’t outweigh the signs of needed attention. During our stay we found bugs in the kitchen area and bathrooms. The kitchen equipment (utensils, pot/pans) definitely need to be replaced. A house that size should not only have 9 forks. Some of the pots and pans were so dirty and/or old we were didn’t use them. The hot tub could not be used because when the jets were turned on the water drained out from the hot tub (reported to manage company). In addition, the pool was turning greener as the week went by! The first time we used the clothes dryer, it made a loud banging noise. We reported this to management company and a maintenance man did come out and told us that parts to be ordered and they would arrive the following week to fix the dryer but it was ok to still use the dryer. Based on this weeks experience, we won’t be renting this home in the future.

Overall my experience was pretty good. There was quite a few cockroaches around the home and that was something that I noticed as I furthered into my stay at the home. Communication with the home owner wasn’t as great. I tried to contact them about some issue with the parking but they didn’t explain to me how to resolve the issue.

Nice spot liked the gated community.
Place was as listed, just a couple of items needed taken care card table chairs were broken, well used I imagine, The floor around the family room couch area, could use a good scrubbing, There was no barbq They do nee to restock their glasses, but we would book this location again as it was central to everywhere and had the space for 3 couples to stay The owner/management was very quick to respond to any questions and help out.

Good property but some frustrating aspects
The house was nice and equipped with everything we needed except for the password for the WiFi. One of our party needed the connection to continue working and we weren't able to get the password until the fourth day of our stay. When we were doing our double check before leaving, we found the sign for the WiFi had been knocked behind the entertainment console some time ago and was covered in dust. The level of clean was not as good as some of the other properties we've stayed in before. We found candy wrappers and a hair comb under the bed as well as other small trash around the house in little nooks and crannies. Not a deal breaker for us, but a signal that not enough care was going in to the cleaning of the place between guests. Another thing that was off putting was the amount of damage the home had prior to our arrival. I took photos of everything I saw and sent an email to the contact to document it. The company made note of the damage and we weren't charged for anything, but it always makes me panic that I'm going to get charged for extra stuff when I see that amount of things to document. Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, the amount of bathrooms, the extra seating, and the location in proximity to the things we wanted to go to and experience. I'd even recommend this location if you're only planning on hanging out at the house with friends or family. It's got enough space for everyone.

Spacious home but showing it’s age. Management hard to get a hold of.
I’ll start by saying it was a huge house! We loved the space, it fit our family perfectly. Beyond that I’ll have to say we were dissatisfied. 1. It was starting to look a little run down 2. We had ants in the kitchen that management would not respond to until we mentioned that the air conditioner upstairs broke down 3. The AC broke down and never did work again even after the repair person came to fix it. The last 3 nights were uncomfortable to sleep in 4. The master bedroom bed was broken so the mattress sags and the shower door doesn’t shut 5. The kitchen is still lacking common items but overall was able to work that out 6. As in other reviews the hot tub gets terribly hot so you can’t have it running very long. We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and this location did not have the feeling of owners who cared about the stay. It feels like just a business transaction for them. The management was hard to get ahold of until we had to contact them about the AC.

Thank you for your review Brad. I am sorry to hear your experience fell below your, and our, expectations. We did receive your message about the ants and we were trying our best to have our pest control company service the home but they were incredibly busy over 4th July weekend. As mentioned, we had our AC company out the same day the issue was reported. With temperatures being over 100 some afternoons the upstairs AC did struggle. We have had a full system coil clean performed to hopefully have this function better. We were not notified about the mattress or shower door but we will certainly look into those for our future guests.

Great family vacation home
We enjoyed our weeks stay at this home. The home was perfect for our needs since we were a family of 9, plenty of room for everyone to spread out . The kitchen/dining room area had enough seating for all of us to be able to enjoy dinners together. Kitchen had an ample supply of plates, etc. I cannot tell you how many hours the kids spent in the pool to say they enjoyed it is an understatement. The home was very clean upon arrival. We were concerned about how long a drive it would be to get to the parks since the home was in Davenport but the drive was not a problem at all. It took us approximately 25-30 minutes to get to SeaWorld from the home. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. within a short drive to the house. The Watersong Community is very picturesque and clean. You can expect to hear dump trucks coming into the community since there is still construction happening in the community. The only issue we had was trying to get an additional guest pass for our son. We were unaware that each car must be registered with the guard gate and there was nothing in the rental agreement or other paperwork informing us of that. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home (expect some wear and tear on some of the furniture and the carpeting), and would love to stay again in the future.

Spring Break 22
This is our second stay in WaterSong and this particular home was a very nice property for our extended family. Property management was very responsive to our needs. It is important to know that if someone has issues with mobility the bedroom furniture is very low to the ground. The furniture inside and out could use a tuneup but overall the property was great and very clean. Note that there is construction happening in the community so six days a week dump trucks were driving through the neighborhood starting at 6:00.

Overall, we had a great stay and loved the house! Nice neighborhood in quiet, developing area but not too far from things. I just have a few critiques that could make this house exceptional, if fixed: - Wifi isn’t catered to lot of people. Gets bogged down easily and few of us that had to work on computers had to deal with constant frustration. - House needs more kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were in rough shape. Wasn’t enough silverware for more then few people. Lot of little things were missing (Measuring cups, shot glasses, etc) - We paid for hot tub heat, which was nice. But it’s extreme. If off, it gets lukewarm. If on, it gets to like 110 degrees in 10 minutes and it’s too hot for anyone. So you have to keep turning it off every few minutes. - Several people in our house had constant issues with cheap shower doors that wouldn’t shut. I know this sounds critical, but in all actuality we loved the house. Frustrated a bit at times, but the house is beautiful and kept in good condition. And we’d definitely stay again, especially if Wi-Fi was better.

We enjoyed the space, pool, hot tub and outdoor space. Some suggestions; extra blankets for the beds we got cold, the furniture was all very uncomfortable in the house. The couches were hard, low to the ground, and Uncomfortable, Dining room chairs were uncomfortable (we wanted to bring in the patio furniture), decor on the kitchen table was big and obnoxious. Many of the beds were super low to the floor but comfortable once you got down to the bed just hard to get out of. 😀 a chair in the bedrooms to sit on while getting dressed would be a nice touch. Kitchen appliances dishes and silverware was nice. Overall we enjoyed our time. We enjoyed seeing the bobcat in the backyard. Pest control came and treated for ants but there was still tiny ones on the kitchen counters . Lots of ants on pool patio

The house is exactly as listed. Spacious, clean, warm and welcoming! Plenty of room for all guests, great pool and jacuzzi, and spacious for everyone to spend time together and have solo time! Only suggestions are updating the poker table chairs, and fixing the bed frame for the master bedroom with the two headed shower bathroom! Overall, will defenitely be booking again.

The house was amazing! It was everything plus more. The only down side is that it says it’s located in Kissimmee but it’s actually in Davenport. The neighborhood is quiet and well put together. It took the property a while to answer but other than that it was great. We do plan on coming back

We had a great time at the house. We had plenty of room for all 9 of us to sleep comfortable. It was nice to use the kitchen although there isn’t much to work with when cooking but a couple small pans and a couple baking sheets. We got creative and made it work. We did have a couple issues with a drain in one of the showers that wouldn’t drain and a bathroom fan that didn’t work properly and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix it but over all we were pleased with the stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was nice to relax in after long days in the parks. Even with the minor issues we ran into we would definitely stay again and would recommend others staying there as well.

The house was great overall. Huge, plenty of room for our family of 11 (7 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby). The house was super clean and pretty well stocked. The pool area was huge, pool and hot tub were amazing. If you have older guests, please note that there are no bedrooms on the main floor. They are all upstairs. There was no baby gear in the house at all, which is different than any other house we’ve stayed in so we had to run and buy a walker and a portable high chair (we left those in the game room so hopefully other families will be able to utilize them). It took us many days to figure out that one or two of the bedrooms run off the downstairs thermostat so 2 of the bedrooms were freezing at night until we figured that out. The mattresses were ok but the one in the king room beside the bunk room really needs to be upgraded badly. These were all minor issues and wouldn’t keep me from renting again. The main issue we had was that emails were not responded to. I sent an initial message through VRBO asking if any of the bedrooms were on the main floor, and received no response. I had added a comment to my booking that we would like the pool heat for our stay and didn’t receive a response. So then I emailed them directly to ask if they got the message and still no response. I had to end up calling to check on the bedrooms and to make sure we would have pool heat and he did take care of it and the pool was nice and warm when we got there. However, response to messages and emails would have been appreciated which is my reason for not giving 5 stars. We also had a minor issue upon check-in at the gate. The guy told us the house was not available at the time as someone was in it for 2 more days. I had to show him my booking confirmation - not sure what happened there. Overall I would rent again as the house itself was great.

This property I found to be as bright and lovely as it was in the pictures. The few issues that arose were taken care of in a timely fashion and the property management company was always professional and courteous. Even when issues arose that had nothing to do with the property, they went out of their way to assist us. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to other family members.

Great house!
Great house, tons of space and things to do. Presents exactly as it is pictured. Commute to Disney was not ideal. Traffic was crazy, took exponentially longer than it should have to get to most places including the house on check-in day. Otherwise all was great, just be prepared ;).

Best house ever
It was our family first time vacation in orlando and first time renting a vacation home. We were very skeptical not wanting to expect too much before actually seeing the place. We were in love as soon as we opened the door. The pictures dont do its justice for the house. The house is huge, the decorations are simple yet beautiful, the pool was were we hung out most of the time, and was always clean. The house was very clean when we arrived, and i just have no complains at all. Not to mention the sound system is something beyond amazing. You get to hear music throughout the whole house. Kieran, the property manager replies within minutes, and quickly solved everything within minutes. I am just really happy and hope to rent this house again next time we go to orlando.

Great Multi-family Getaway
Our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 teens) were able to make the most of our vacation due to the convenience and home-like atmosphere of this property. All of the basic amenities were included for our stay, so we only needed to concern ourselves with food and refreshments for the week. The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. It also provided a welcome retreat after battling the vacation traffic and crowds of the local attractions. The pool and spa were a hit for everyone--the kids even considered foregoing a day at the parks for staying home and having a pool party! At the end of each day, everyone had enough space to be able to relax and unwind in private if needed. Located inside a gated community, we never had to give consideration to safety and security, so it truly was a great getaway for all of us.

From the youngest to the oldest guest, everyone loved their visit. This house was more than accommodating to our needs.We look forward to returning! With the bathrooms attached to each bedroom it was like having a luxury suite and gave everyone their privacy.

Fantastic villa!
It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa on the well kept and very secure site Watersong. It was conveniently located for both Disney and Universal, with plenty of eating places and shops a short drive away. It was a peaceful location which was very welcomed after long days in the parks. The villa itself was well maintained and clean we had everything we needed and more. The welcome booklet could have been more informative with regards to how things work and maybe some local info contact numbers for takeaways etc would have also been helpful. I would highly recommend this villa it really was a treat.
