「You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. 」

「The house was exactly as advertised. It is an older home. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Pete was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with one of the toilets. He replied literally minutes within my request to have it looked at and had it fixed the next day. Very pleasant stay.」

「We were in the QC with childhood friends for a weeklong golf trip. The house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The porches were perfect for early morning coffee and early evening cheers. The view of the Mississippi River is perfect from the house and the porches - it really allowed us time to enjoy and appreciate the river. 「The unit was exactly as described. As others have said there are trains that pass by and the bar below did have a band one night which we could hear but it didn’t bother us. If you’re a light sleeper it may disrupt you. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The condo was a perfect size for our family while visiting Davenport. The kitchen and dining room made a great place for us to cook in and not have to eat every meal out. The interior and exterior was well kept and tidy. We enjoyed the smart TV and used the washer and dryer. The bonus half bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The location is just minutes away from anything we needed. The condo was also quiet all throughout the day and night. 」

「Adler House was the perfect place for our weekend getaway with friends. With a large kitchen and multiple rooms for gathering, the four bedroom home allowed for both time together and quiet moments on our own. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks and there were several restaurants nearby. The communication with the owners was excellent and check in and check out were a breeze. If we are staying in the area again, Adler House will definitely be our first choice. 」
