「We had an excellent stay. Very nice and quaint house. Nice and personable owners too! 」

「The front desk clerk was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was pristine with a cozy bed. However, I found the bathroom to be rather basic, lacking in features. Specifically, the shower area lacked proper boundaries, leading to a slippery bathroom floor after showering. This made it inconvenient and potentially hazardous when using the toilet.」

「总体感觉很棒，棒极了，所以第二次来西雅图旅游毫不犹豫还是选这酒店，交通极便利，部行去搭地铁也方便，去著名的那些景点也很近，但是，旁边很少吃的地方，没有什么多选择，酒店本身的早餐，再多一些品种会更好！」

「Poor room layout and design. The sink is outside the bathroom, very inconvenient and it is blocked somehow with bad drainage. The a/c is loud. Can’t sleep!」

「客房寬敞乾淨，大廳裝潢設計也相當簡潔時尚，抵達時接待人員也相當熱心地向我們介紹停車場及周遭環境。不過比較讓人不滿意的是我們這次全家出行訂了兩間四人房，飯店竟然將兩間房分別安排在不同樓層且距離遙遠，與我當初預定時的要求不同。並且在晚上兩間房都需要另外的棉被並且打電話給服務櫃檯詢問添加棉被時，其中一房打了三次電話等了半小時才拿到棉被，另一房打了五次等了四十五分鐘才拿到兩張毯子，並且在第四通電話時一位女性接線人員非常不禮貌地掛電話，第五次打去時她不但不親自回應，還將電話轉接給另一名男性，且該男性說這是今晚第一次接到我們這間客房的request，導致我也不知道之前打的那四次電話的用途跟意義，接收處理那四次電話的服務人員存在在這間飯店有什麼功用跟意義嗎？」
