“The property was welcoming to pets but be careful with the steep stairs. Close to downtown nashville & multiple main attractions. The neighborhood may seem a little different but it was very quiet & calm. ”

“Was woke up every morning at 8 a.m. by a leaf blower and peeking in the windows, by the owner. Beautiful place but, no true privacy. Would not recommend if you wanted privacy. This was our honeymoon and we were very uncomfortable because of the affore mentioned issues.”

“We really enjoyed staying there and appreciated having the book with all the information in it.We included some of the maps and brochures that we had collected and put them in the books for others.It was great having all the Christmas decorations. It helped make it feel Homie.”

“Neighborhood was sketchy but we didn’t feel unsafe. It’s a 13 minute drive to Broadway, and Ubers are easy to get. The sleeping arrangements were fine, bathrooms and kitchen area were functional but not less than we are used to at home. Working with the owner was very easy; great communication. You can’t move the house so it needs to make some upgrades. ”

“Chris was a wonderful host! The home was spotless, and many small thoughtful amenities were included. We enjoyed the visits from Stevie Nicks, and apparently she was not in the mood for the fish treats so recommend starting with the non-fish bag first! Even though it was chilly out, I took time to enjoy the lovely deck. In spring and summer with the trees fully leafed out, it must be quite private and lovely! The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing (it's the little things,……
