"Great proximity to Brevard college. Well appointed house - cooking supplies, bathrooms, information about the area. Outdoor area looked like fun but too cold for us to use this trip. Will definitely return if we are staying in Brevard!"

"The home was PERFECT! We were in town for a fishing trip and it exceeded our needs. Location is excellent, property is newly updated and in excellent condition. Really quaint home, and would gladly stay again."

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."

"Hotel has a huge lobby. We stayed 2 night. We borrowed a deck of cards from the front desk to play. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Fire pit was broken so that was a bummer."

"This is a beautiful property. Conveniently located to everything in Brevard. I have 2 dogs, the house and huge fenced in backyard were heaven for them. We enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!"

"This is our second time in 7 months staying at this nicely appointed Trailside cottage. We were able to park our truck for most of our stay and bike to the HUB; the trailhead of several trails in the Pisgah National forest and enjoy running and picnics along the beautiful and serene Davidson River. Close by are other restaurants, an ice cream stand, Sabora food truck (definitely check them out!) and a bakery, It is a perfect location, the hosts are fabulous and we already have reservations for September "
