"Room was not properly prepared. He did not work for two days. Customer service never took my call. There was no access to the cart for the luggage. I’ll have to take my kids to another location because room was too cold."

"I suppose I should be thankful for the price but I did not have a good experience at the hotel. I had no idea there was construction going on during my stay. Most rooms are under renovation. During my stay: there was no shower curtain on the shower. The tv didn’t work. There was no housekeeping in the 4 nights I stayed there. While the staff was nice these issues could not be overlooked and they were slow to resolve them. At least the beds were comfortable and the lobby cookies were tasty. "

"One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The 5th floor is below the cub and there was a wedding party blasting music until 1130 pm. There is no soundproofing at all, including for street noise. The room showed visible signs of disrepair and our toilet was clogged before using it. The check in process is absolutely horrible. There is no visible signage showing where the hotel is, and good luck getting your bags to the lobby - there is no parking or blocked off area for checking in out front. Valet is laughably expensive. The staff are all good, minus the women who checked us in. The restaurant was good as well, but also pricey. Comped breakfast did not make up for the lost night off sleep on a busy travel day. Not a comfortable stay, would not recommend. "

"The place was fine enough and Bessie who helped with the breakfast was Stellar. Our front desk staff was nice also and lent us a fan to use. That brings us to the issue of the a/c. It was 81 in the room when we checked in and it took a full day to come Down to 68. It was a little smelly and the maintenance man was kind of rude and accused us of freezing the a/c which was the reason for the room being hot, although we did not freeze the a/c. Bathrooms were clean. The faucet had a leak and also the window casings were literally falling off."

"This place is great. It was our 3rd time staying there and we will be back. Safe neighborhood, walk in lobby. Their breakfast is a real hot breakfast but they also have some grab n go items too. Coffee is always available. Prices for the rooms have always been on pointe! "

"Rm was really nice. This is our second time here. We had the 2 bedroom suite this time. Just wished there was more kitchen stuff like plates, glasses, silverware to use. Breakfast always a plus. Good selection."
