Peaceful cabin

Top of the mountain, beautiful views, perfect location, comfy beds and living furniture, hot tub, short distance to the slopes. We will continue to visit every year! :) the family always enjoys staying at your cabin.

MLK Ski Weekend

Great house for friends/family. We enjoyed a snow filled ski weekend. House has great views and is very comfortable. 4WD definitely needed in Winter to reach the property

Fun for the Whole Family

This home is very comfortable and suited us perfectly with the adults upstairs and a whole level downstairs for the kids.

Loved the place

Comes with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of blankets and pillows and towels, which is great. Great access to Dolly Sods and all the surrounding fun places to go.

Great house and great location

It was a well maintained and well stocked house with great views. Location is very good. A very typical mountain location with a steep driveway. The house was very well stocked with very detailed instructions for everything in the house. The home was very clean from inside. It was also stocked with anything and everything that you may need on the vacation.

Fun family weekend

We had a nice stay. Beautiful view. Plenty of room. Quick drive to Timberline. Easy access to other local facilities. Nearly everything you’d need to “feel at home” was there. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with cookware/serveware aplenty (minus needing foil and ziplocs-which we brought). Little homey essentials available in cabinets was nice to find. Plan meals ahead and take groceries with you as more involved shopping isn’t all that close. Overall we highly recommend Round-to-It!

Family getaway

Had a great time, amazing views, comfy beds, more clocks than one can count, only one working....but, that was the point. Sweet hot tub, grill, kitchen, and comfy living room. Some moisture issues, but that's to be expected. We will return.

Weekend ski getaway

Was very pleased with our stay at round to it. The property was high on the mountain with quite the view. The home had plenty of space for our group, 2 families of 3 each. (Wife husband and teenage son) complaints would be minimal and trivial such as light bulbs out, however bulbs were supplied. Would certainly recommend to others.

Great Stay in Round To It

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 10 and found Round to It to be even more spacious and accommodating then we expected. There were pull-out couches for those who didn't get a bed, and two of the couches were in a downstairs living room that still felt semi-private. We loved the hot tub and the circular living.

2-family ski & games

Very comfy for 10! Almost all the couches are beds and lots of linens/blankets for them. We loved our hikes right from the house into Dolly Sods. We managed with all-wheel drive, but a snowy morn made it a little dicey. Proceed with caution. Hot tub has way too many chems, but we enjoyed, despite stinging eyes and throats

It was a wonderful experience! Round To It , has breath taking views . The beds were great . Plenty of seating for everyone to be together. Tastefully decorated. I don’t have anything negative to so . We enjoyed our stay . The staff at Best of Cannan great and super accommodating to this old man . Hopefully we will be back next year.

Really Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation stay over MLK weekend 2023. Let me start with what we really liked: The location in Old Timberline is fantastic (but with snow and ice the driveway is not entirely for the faint of heart -- comes with being up the mountain). The house was clean, much bigger than it seemed from the outside, a fun layout and everything you would need to cook and for your stay! The heat worked great and the on-demand hot water heater meant everyone had hot showers! Two minor nitpicks: We could not for the life of us get the gas fireplace to work but one time - and the inability to just turn it on regardless of temperature setting was a real drag. Also -- While not technically included -- having some salt and a bin of ashes and sand would have gone a long way to help us settle in and feel well cared for.

Lovely relaxing retreat with a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and cozy cabin with a gorgeous view of the valley. Beds comfortable, kitchen extremely well appointed, and a great deck with a gas grill and a hot tub (perfect for apre-hikes!). The gas fireplace was wonderful - very realistic looking, and it automatically turns on and off to keep the room at the temp you choose. Loop driveway a bit steep to get out of, so recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter (or you can back out of the drive, which is less steep). Furniture was comfy upstairs and down, and the dining table is huge! Plenty of space to all sit down to eat AND have a 3’x4’ puzzle going.

If the mountains are calling, this is the place to go!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Round-To-It. As always, Best of Canaan made sure it was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The house is a little older and does need some cosmetic interior repairs, but that did not take away anything from our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig coffee maker. Above everything else, the views from the decks at Round_To-It were spectacular. I can only image what fall would look like from there. This was definitely a five star stay.

Reviewer Comments: The house is great, with amazing views on top of a mountain. The hot tub was lovely overlooking the valley. The house itself was clean and comfortable. The only few things were that small supplies were missing or not replenished. No dish sponge, hand soap was not refilled so we filled it with the hotel size bath wash that was supplied.The clocks were odd with all the different times and ticking all throughout day and night. For us it did not represent non-significance of time but the wrong times! Oh well. Personal preference.Overall it was a nice experience.

About Time is RIGHT!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, what an incredible view! We loved the uniqueness of the house and it was so nice and cozy and bright inside. The place was spacious yet cozy. We explored the area and it was so nice to find some easy trails just a few feet away. We didn’t try the hot tub so can’t say anything about that. There were just 4 of us and had plenty of room. All the amenities worked well. We appreciated how comfy the couches, chairs and beds were. (Other places we stayed some times have furniture that is worn). We will certainly return! Oh, definitely heed the warning about needing all wheel or 4 wheel drive if you plan to visit during the winter w snow. This place is literally at the top of the mountain.
