“We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance.”

“Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.”

“Booked through Expedia. Got there and they didn't have my reservation, gladly left instead of being upset because it was not a nice hotel.”

“Was charged a extra fifty dollar deposit and wasn’t in website they charged a deposit ac didn’t work in room a awful smell in the room overbearing smell coming out of the drains and ac we had to leave door open to get cooled off won’t be staying there found a dead fly when pulling the comforter back”

“Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am, hence one of the reasons we booked there. When we checked out at almost 7:00am, it still wasn’t ready, so we had to go to Dunkin down the street.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful! The amenities were great!”

“Everything was great and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was so cloudy we couldn’t see into it. No way we were getting into it. I reported it to the receptionist and was told the pool gets cleaned once a week and that they would report it.”

“The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful for anything we needed didn’t like the location of the room far from elevators we are 68 years old but we did enjoy our stay”

“The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated”
