Not personable but very clean!

Everything within the room was wonderful, along with laundry room as well. The smoking areas were nice with buttbuckets . The only problem was the front desk clerk/ manager named Rachel, who put on my door a note about no smoking in my room, of which I accidentally did smoke half of a cig while I was on the phone, flush it when I remembered, that was the 31st July. Then after I received the note landlord knocked on my door 2nd August and said I've been smoking I admitted to my forgetting on July 31st and did smoke half cigarette and apologized and told her I didn't mean to And it wasn't going to happen again. She knocked on my door once again on the 8th just before 2pm the day before my day to leave and said I've been smoking, I said I don't know which she smelled my cheap laundry detergent or stinky air freshener but it was not from smoking in my room. She said she'd be back to check my room, she never did.

The floors could use a thorough good mopping and cleaning !! I looked down at my feet and my socks were filthy dirty!! That’s really my only complaint

It was OK. It is a well-used building, with many what appear to be long-term residents. Many rooms allow smoking, and you can smell it when you walk in. Maintenance is baseline, and it runs to shabby. That said the power stayed on, the internet worked, the water ran and the AC worked. It filled the need that I had and was inexpensive.

The environment was noisy and messy. The restroom in my room reeked of mildew. I stayed on the ground floor and my window had a broken lock. My upstairs neighbor was very loud. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. The laundry room functioned properly. Knobs throughout the room are broken. Mildew and tobacco smell everywhere. Very noisy.

Read ALL the lines before reserving/booking

The stay never happened, I got into town after the office closed so i had to find another hotel, and theres wasnt anyone that could check me in. My reservation was automatically canceled but the property did charge me for 1- night stay even though i wasnt able to check in. I hope i get my hotel key points for that 1 night I got charged.

Yeah their laundry was real convenient right up to the point somebody stole all my laundry and yes there is plenty of stores around if you wanted to leave your room and have all your stuff stolen because anybody and everybody could just swipe the key and go in your room from the time I got to this hotel till the time I left was nothing but misery aggravation the staff is rude don't care it's never there people running in and out of building all hours of the day and night one night I came out of my room and got on the elevator and there was a guy passed out with a needle in his arm my water didn't work in my bathroom couldn't flush my toilet they said I could check in I which was a lie I never had room service one time the towels the washcloths pillow cases room was absolutely discussing you smell like cat piss trash all over the floor because it was the only room they had available and I had to wait till almost 6:00 standing in the hallway cuz they have no common area I couldn't put me in my belongings anywhere and the night before I left it was raining really bad and the roof end up caving in and soaked me and my luggage which is just horrendous terrible experience flat out just terrible

This property may have a kitchen, but there are no pots & pans or dish ware. You get one roll of toilet paper, and if you need more that’s on you to buy. Towels are small and you cannot ask for more. Office is only open 11-7pm Monday-Saturday, which isn’t convenient for checking in or out. This is where people are actually living and doesn’t fit well if you are not living there. More of this info should be stated in description.

Not bad at all for the price. Steve the manager did a great job. Had an issue with the toilet but they were out to fix the next morning. Also forgot my key one night and the guy was there within 10 min and it was 1am. Over all great place for the money
