Great location and communication with host
Great location! Beach access with great sand shower sprayers at the adjacent public entrance. Clean little studio with good supplies, comfortable bed and warm shower. The ocean view from the balcony was so nice. ♡ We appreciated the beach chairs and excellent communication with the host. The kitchen is pretty well supplied for a small place. Also a plus to be able to login and stream our favorite shows from the TV. The laundry facilities worked well and accommodated credit cards. An excellent stay for the price. Would stay again.

Neat and cozy condo in a great location
Condo was well maintained, and the host is very helpful and responsive. It was nice to have the oven/cooktop in the mornings, which is a little unusual for units of this size. There's a very nice angled view of the beach and ocean. The building is in the zone where cars can drive and park on the beach, but the public beach right next door doesn't have parking places for vehicles, which makes it a quieter option for those who don't always enjoy the concert atmosphere where the trucks are parked. Also, the pool is large and very nice!

Great views of beach and ocean. Very clean. Had beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, beach toys, 2 beach towels, binoculars. The mattress could use an upgrade but was not bad.

Everything you need w/ a side view of the beach!
My mother and I stayed here on the 3 rd floor. We had trouble w/ the lock box working couldn’t get the key. That was the only prob. We had & it was quickly handled yay! This room is perfect for 2 ppl. One queen bed and a dbl reclining loveseat perfect for sleeping. All the little extras made it perfect! Balcony was nice for sitting and viewing the beach. It was so cutely decorated. Would def. Stay here again thank you.

Studio on the beach
Our stay was fantastic!! U can cook in this unit which was great for us as we don’t eat out lots and it has a big fridge. There is an adjustable loveseat which was super comfortable. The beach is literally just a walk around the complex and u are at a park which has stairs down to the beach. The studio also has a balcony where u could sit out and watch the ocean. An awesome studio ..we would stay again for longer in a heart beat!

Great little condo with beautiful view from the balcony and window.
We really enjoyed our stay here. I wish we had longer than just 3 nights. The condo was neat and clean in an older condo building. Nothing fancy,very cozy but we spent very little time in the condo . I enoyed having my coffee on the balcony every morning and the pool was big and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. The stairs down to the beach are now fixed which makes it very convenient to go down to the beach. Even though this is the drive on side of the beach there were no cars parked on this buildings part of the beach front so that made it even nicer. We did see several sea turtle nests marked off which was really cool to see. Easy walk down the beach to the boardwalk and Joes Crabshack. Easy walk to the convention center. We plan on staying here again. People in other reviews mentioned homeless at the park next door at night but we never saw any and the police make cars leave after closing time. Thank you Sonia for making this little condo feel like a home away from home!!

Awesome little condo with everything you may need
Sonya is amazing and is super communicative! The condo has a great view to the beach. Condo was super clean and had everything you may need from beach chairs to cooking supplies.
