Beach Stay

The location was perfect to access the beach. We could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the sand. The condo is decorated in a cute beach theme and it was a perfect getaway. Would have loved some more updated beach toys, but would definitely stay again.

Great getaway to New Smyrna!

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot! The condo was perfect for our family of four with two updated bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, a nice balcony with great ocean views, and plenty of beach towels! The overall property with pool and super easy beach access was just awesome for us - super easy to get out to beach at anytime or use the pool. This section of beach was quiet and beautiful! Would love to come back again. 5 out of 5!

Perfect location

Condo was in perfect location. Walked right out on the beach and watched a rocket launch. The view from the condo was spectacular. I woke up early every morning to watch the beautiful sunrise! The condo itself was much larger than the others I have stayed in. Highly recommend!

The shorehom by the sea had steel jacks all over the balconies and front areas. It was a construction zone. I was never told of the situation which I think was wrong. Had i know that I would have found another place to stay on VRBO. Larry Barousse

Paradise on the beach! Five Stars aren't enough!

From the moment I walked through the door of this beachfront unit, I knew my vacation was off to a great start! The welcoming and homey feel of the décor made an immediate impression. The owners’ attention to detail in making sure all occupants have an enjoyable and relaxing stay went beyond expectations. Everything we needed….and much, much more….was provided. To name a few, super comfortable beds and furniture; games and toys, both for inside and beach use; everything you would ever need in the kitchen; a beautiful and unobstructed view of the ocean from inside the condo and from the large wrap-around balcony – the list goes on and on. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect, and we plan on renting this unit many more times! Thank you, Condo Owners, for letting us stay in your “home” vs. just another basic beach condo.

Just what we needed

The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was exactly what we were looking for and had everything we needed for our work and school from "home" on the beach. The property had several distinct workspaces - desk in the bedroom, balcony and kitchen table. We were able to spread out and work as well as enjoy the beautiful views, easy access to frequently walk on the beach or swim in the pool. We also appreciated all of the personal touches - it was like being at home. Our daughter needed tape and scissors for an art project - we found in a drawer. There was even a drying rack for our swim and running clothes. Thanks for anticipating our every need!

Beautiful views

Nice, spacious, and clean condo. The best feature is the large wrap-around patio with beautiful views. Unit is right on the ocean. Nothing blocks the views. The beach is in an area where vehicles are not allowed, which is very nice. An older condo facility but very well kept grounds and large pool that was very clean. (Note: they were about to redo all the patios in both condo buildings). Private walkway to beach /very easy access (with showers and hoses to easily clean beach gear). Safe and quiet area. Approx. 10 minute drive to Publix and restaurants. About 10 minutes south of Flagler Avenue touristy beach town (with lots of shops and restaurants). Large living room/dining space. Kitchen is very well equiped. Beds are comfortable (with extra pillows and bedding). Condo is well stocked with beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, balls, boogie boards). Definitely would stay here again.

Relaxing with a great view!

The condo was in a great family friendly location and appeared just as seen in pictures inside with a great view and proximity to the beach. However, the property is older (ex: supports on balcony that needs repairs) and lacks things like a hot tub or exercise room, etc.

Loved all the extras!!!

I appreciated the location being on the non-drive beach especially with young children. The beach And pool were very easy to access and go back and forth between the condo for food/drinks. The condo was nice and clean.. but my favorite part was the large box if kids toys, the cabinet full of family games, and all the books sitting around to read. Not to mention there were boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler in the closet. These little extras were great and we used them all week! Thank you for a great family trip!!

Great view

Open living area with great windows. Beautiful view of beach. Master bedroom good size. Second bedroom with the queen bed and bunk beds is a little cluttered but doable. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful beach

Practically Perfect

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, super-clean 2-bedroom. Beautifully furnished with everything you can imagine. Wonderful beach/ocean view, nice pool. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again. This unit would be perfect for a couple or family with 1-3 kids. Located a few miles from "town" so the only people around are other condo folks. The building itself is an older building, but it is very well maintained and this particular condo/room has been totally refurbed and is as nice as many brand new places. The whole building does have many, many ugly (temporary?) structural supports which have been installed on every balcony and in the breezeways which are distracting, but not a deal-breaker; just know that they are there (the website does mention them and that they are not shown in the photos.) Only suggestions would be to get a couple of new non-stick or stainless pans, and please leave detailed instructions for the very complex TV in the living room, so non kids-and non-techies can figure it out..

A perfect stay

We've stayed in many condos in NSB. This was the first that was perfectly appointed! Absolutely everything that we needed to complete our stay was provided. And all amenities were of high quality. We will be staying in this condo in the future for shore.
