Rare 3 bedroom 3 bath Veranda! All bedrooms with brand new mattresses! This three bedroom,three bath unit features a king size bed in the master, queen size in the 2nd and 2 twins each with a trundle in the 3rd! All bedrooms with 43" flat screen TV's! Plenty of sleeping space for all!! Full size washer and dryer in unit and Wi-Fi in the unit and a screen in patio off of the bedrooms & living room!
Sea Woods offers 3 pools, tennis & pickle-ball courts, shuffle board court and a complete fitness center on site. With a private walkway to the beach you are less than as block to the sand!! Sea Woods is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna's beautiful beach! Walking distance to shopping center with grocery & liquor store, 3 restaurants & ice cream!!! 5 miles to downtown NSB!! Sea Woods is the perfect location to everything all while staying with in budget!!

This place was better than the pictures. Open, beautiful, well stocked, great location. Price was good. Comfy beds & relaxing atmosphere. Some may consider it a bit “small” but it didn’t feel that way at all……even with a big family.

This is a family friendly community that’s only a few minutes walk to the vast sandy beach. The drop in morning Pickleball everyday was awesome. Friendly players, mostly seniors, all of which are good players. We booked again for next March.
