Clean property, great pool area. Laundry in unit a big plus. Good communication. View from our unit tucked back in the "U" wasn't as good as others but all the more reason to get out of the room and down to the pool!

Great beach Condo
My family stays in New Smyrna beach every year. Our usual spot was booked so we had to find a new place. I would definitely stay here again. It was Clean and cozy. We are a big family with boys aged 16-20 and we had plenty of room. Loved staying up late playing games and watching movies. Beach and condo pool weren't crowded and very quiet. The unit had everything we needed, including boogie boards, beach towels and chairs. The only thing I would note is they provide 2 trash bags and 4 laundry and dish pods. We definitely needed more as we were there for 5+ days.

The beach is my favorite place so, this year I asked my family to celebrate with me at the beach. I found this place via VRBO. It was great to have the beach so close to our unit as well as the pool.

This condo was very beautiful and well stocked with almost everything we needed. They gave us some get-started items like garbage bags, dishwasher soap pods, a new sponge, paper towels, coffee filters and a few coffee pods for the Kurig. some items were up way too far for me and I would like to have had a small stepping stool. You could see a glimpse of the ocean from both the back walkway and the balcony of this place.

Top of the line
This was just about everything we were expecting and more. Very nice place. The cleanliness was a 4 out of 5. I could have done a better job cleaning but I am an anal perfectionist that way. The management thought of just about everything when anticipating our daily needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
