Excellent place to vacation!

This was a lovely, beachfront condo with everything you needed. It was spotless and had great linens and beds. The kitchen had everything you needed. The a/c and heat both worked and the view from the patio was amazing! The staff treated us well and were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Family spring break

Great view of the ocean & the Sunglow Pier. The condo was very neat & clean and well equipped with dishes, etc., though we did no cooking on this trip (yay me!). The condo check-in and check-out process was very smooth. We would rent here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our second time at Sunglow resort. The rooms have been remodeled and the stay was excellent. You could tell our room specifically, had just been redone because of the brand new tile and new paint. Had a little hiccup with a leaking kitchen sink drain, but it was an easy task that I fixed myself. It looked like it was something that may have been missed during the freshen up. Overall, a wonderful place to stay on the beach in South Daytona. We’ll definitely be back.

I want a refund there was places that leaked water and damaged things no cooking tools and no pool or or hot tub like it was listed but now it says no pool or hot tub so yes I would like some what of a refund

Disappointing

The positives: the pool and hot tub area is beautiful. The views from our oceanfront condo were spectacular. The negatives: the unit needs a deep cleaning. It’s very dated with cheap decor. We had one kitchen towel. There was an issue with water flooding where we had to mop it up. Management resolved this within a reasonable timeframe. But no one ever reached out again asking if everything was OK or to check on us. Toaster was not working and they replaced it. The back of the remote control was missing. Duct tape on one of the lamps and the spindle on one of the lamps. Furniture is micro suede and is noticeable dirty in the sunlight. I don’t think I’m super picky but for what we paid, I do expect it to look more like the pictures. It’s an inaccurate posting in my opinion. We won’t stay here again.

Not as expected

The room had an odor that you could smell as soon as we opened the door. It smelled like mildew. We had to buy spray in order to stay in the room. You could see mold in the vent going into the living room. It was outdated. Light bulbs kept blowing in the bathroom. There was no beach access because of the storm. The pool was shut down also. We have stayed at this property before and have really enjoyed it. This time was not as much fun and we paid more for this room than any previous rooms. The balcony was excellent. It was probably my favorite thing about the room.
