Great Vacation Spot!!

Very clean and is stocked/organized with various items to make your stay comfortable. Very cute set up. Bed/pillows were super comfortable!!! Balcony on the beach with great views. Close to many restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as described. Beatiful views, easy access to beach, even though the past storms had ruined the previous one. Clean and friendly staff. Great experience.

Exactly what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better. Check in was very simple. The space had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed.Two minor concerns: The plastic chairs on the balcony were broken. The door into the condo sticks and makes a loud noise when opening or closing.

Condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Views from the deck were great, all ocean and pier, does not get any better than that! Office staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two weeks and would not hesitate to book again!

The space was amazing!! It was very clean and the bed was so comfy.

The place itself was great!! The location wasn’t as close to Daytona as I thought it was but the 15 minutes was worth it! It is an older condo complex so if you are young like I am, I might try somewhere else because the older generation goes to bed quite early and you basically have “quiet hours” the whole time.

Good location, great people

The condo is in a good location and top floor is the best. See the sunrise on the balcony and walk out your front door to see the sunset. The condo had all the amenities that made the stay comfortable. The one area that needs a lot of attention is cleanliness. Linens and bedding were clean, but that was it.

D.B. has always been one of our yearly distinations,and staying at the Resort has become a tradition. The unit is in a perfect location overlooking both the ocean and river. Cheers to the new remodel. The unit looked awesome and had the Floridian theme. Even though we had rain throughout our stay it was refreshing and Florida needed it desperatley. We left our footprints in the sand, and hope to add many more. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Suffucient clean. Beautiful view

Clean and sufficient accommodations. Bring your own sheets. The ones provided come off the corners every night. If you are hot natured do not stay here air conditioning works hard but doesn’t keep the unit very cool. Bring floor mats to wipe feet on so you do not get sand all over the floor on entry. Make sure you have small change for purchase of laundry detergent at front desk. The unit served its purpose and was clean but definitely not what I was expecting for the overall price.

Location was great. Overall it was a great little staycation for our family. I feel like it could have been a little cleaner but I also understand it is a beach condo.
