"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"The property and location was great. I ran into some issues with wristbands, but it was quickly resolved. I would have liked to have some beach chairs / towels available in the house as well as some general condiments - salt & pepper. When you are flying in it is hard to have all of that and also not economical to purchase for only a few days."

"We stayed during Spring Break and really enjoyed this condo. The area was busy but the noise level was not a problem and we felt very safe. The original listing included a golf cart but now it's bikes. The bikes ended up being great and we used them several times. Condo was clean, plenty of towels, basic kitchen items (missing hot pads). Management company was GREAT to work with. Loved the location in proximity to the pool and the Big Chill. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!"

"We had a fantastic time at this well maintained and beautifully decorated beach house. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (for those who sleep with more than one). Well stocked home provided everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beach access. The golf carts and bikes make it easy to get around town. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed the house at Watercolor. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen and family room were large and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The porch for outside eating was nice and there were plenty of bicycles for all of us. We especially liked the golf cart which made it very easy and quick to the beach."

"There were a number of condos shown in the photos so we didn’t know which one we were going to get but the place was cozy. Had a Roku remote but just basic cable so that kinda sucked but whatever, you’re on vacation. Place was clean and the security was super cool. "
