Very bright flat on the second floor of the Golden Beach I residence. The Golden Beach I residence is located almost at the end of the promenade of De Haan, which makes it easy to go for a relaxing walk along the beach towards Wenduine.

Anlage an sich gepflegt. Apartment hatte Kleine Fehler z. B. Man konnte den Duschkopf nicht einhängen, da die Halterung lose war. Zimmer heizt sich durch die großen Fenster auf. Im Schlafzimmer waren spezielle Vorhänge vorhanden, die vor Sonneneinstrahlung schützt, im Wohnzimmer dagegen nur einfache Vorhänge
