“it was a great living experience .However , they did not return my deposite after a month.I have paid the deposite of 2 rooms which is about 197 euro , and i asked them when will i get my deposit back, the receptionist told me it will go back to my card after i check out which might probably take 2 days.Yet , i have not got my refund after a month and i have treid to email the hotel several times and no respond .I am really disappointed with it as the hotel is absolutely outstanding, but turns……

“Great communication and good room but window hinge was broken and the small gap made the room quite cold. Otherwise it was really good. ”

“We did not receive the room we paid for. We booked a Deluxe Suite but after one night were forced to move due to renovations and were downgraded in a much smaller room. The hotel is clearly mid-renovation with construction starting at 7 AM daily and repeated loss of hot water, making the stay very disruptive. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of management response. We were told multiple times someone would contact us about compensation, but despite several follow-ups over 5……

“Decent value for an hotel in Amsterdam and a situated in a convenient location in De Pijp, with several nearby tram stops and a Lidl close by. The room itself was functional but could benefit from some attention. The bed felt a little uneven, the shower drained rather slowly, and there were scuff marks on the walls along with some dust around the top of the door frame. “只要過個馬路就到達電車站(坐4號線，離中央車站只要10-15min)，所以交通算是很方便。 附近也有AH超市，到博物館用走路的就可以到。 唯一要注意的是!! 飯店電梯只到3樓，所以第一天分到4樓的房間在閣樓，扛著行李上那一層超級陡的樓梯實在是很累，閣樓的房間非常差，房間歪斜，浴室的排水有問題，床是兩張小床併成的，非常糟。 後來要求換到2樓的房間，房間好很多，和網站上沒有差別，就還滿意的。”

“The sound isolation was terrible. It states that there are washing machine but it turns out there is not.”

“I book this hotel because of the pool . It's good to swim in the winter in a in-house pool . And price is good for winter . When I closed the window there is a strange sound because the wind fm the sea . So must need to open a little bit window . It's fine for me . Just one thing I don't like is the washroom , it is separate with bathroom and not washing facilities. ”

“It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.”
