“The room was not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were very thin and we could hear the next door people snoring. You could see people passing in the hallway because the doors were not sealed very good. The hotel smelled like smoke. The parking was very tight. And when I checked out there was no one there but a phone to use to call customer service, I told them which number I was checking out of and then 10 minutes after I left I get an email asking if we have left yet. ”
