「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「Very comfortable stay at Le Bouchon. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Well appointed room with wall aircon for comfort. Pod coffee maker was a nice touch and to make a change the TV was of a good size to be able to sit up in bed and watch! Breakfast options were so varied and it was all made freshly. Downsides - there was no USB ports in the plug sockets - i luckily had a power bank with me to charge a phone. The toast for breakfast was dry despite butter. 」

「Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most 」
