“Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.”

“ Very nice affordable hotel with very friendly staff! Was very touched when they call me about my tooth brush which I forgot at the hotel. And they send it to my home! ”

“The staff was helpful, when I asked for assistance they were friendly. The room was not very clean that is a negative for me. I only stay one night no complaints other than the cleanliness.”

“洗澡的水流较小，冰箱是坏的。我的晚上买的牛奶早上全坏了。其它的都可以接受。服务真的非常好。前台超级热情。”

“Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse.”

“The furnitures are too old and a little dirty, and there are so many lights outside of the window, and I can hear the sound outside the room very clearly. But the price is so low, so I can accpet it.”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“This motel seemed to be under repair. Go after the renovation is complete. I suggest try another motel for now.”

“We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. ”

“When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you……

“Close to Hershey Park and market ”

“Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again.”

“The room was nice and clean, looks like they are doing some loving care to the place. Heat worked great. Only issue we had was we could t connect to the wifi. I was going to ask about it but did t want to bother anyone. And we were only there for the night. ”
