The only positive thing was the room which was good and spacious. It was a family trip for 2 nights and we took a half-board which is breakfast and dinner included. They don't have a buffet for dinner and they asked us to order from the provided Menu. When we place an order for soup and starter they mentioned these are not included in the package which was kind of embarrassing. Then we just ordered some basic menu and had dinner. Next day morning they said breakfast will be served after 9am only. So we could not have breakfast as we need to leave at 8:30am. This is the first hotel that serves breakfast after 9am i think. On the second day, on the breakfast buffet they had very few items white bread, poha (just a soaked puffed rice and some fried groundnut nothing else in the poha), chole, poori and coffee. If you want to avoid deep fried item the only option you have is white bread in the buffet. Staff's behaviour was very rude except 1 or 2. Overall the experience is bad.

The view is amazing, the staff is excellent- very helpful and accommodating, they are trying very hard to make our stay pleasant. We were able to see a few rooms to find the one that suited us best; they arranged to have our clothes pressed by an outside shop- same day service at a reasonable rate. Key starts power to room, meaning fridge and A/C are off if not in room- come back to a hot room and warm water/food in the fridge.

A wonderful stay

We booked this hotel after reading it's reviews. And the most recent review suggesed that it is a hotel with: 1. Great location 2. Excellent staff 3. Delicious food. And I must say that we were not disappoined at all. When we reached the hotel, we found it's location really mesmerizing... We were given a room that we didn't like, and reception staff was so quick to change it that we didn't get time to complain... Then we tasted the food... Being vegetarias we found it up to the mark... And overall stay>>> although it was busiest season for them, but the hotel staff didn't let us down at all. I'm writing this review to specially thank the reception staff Mr. Manish and Mr. Piyush ( if I recall the names correctly). They were really eager to help us with almost everything weather about local sites, food, shopping or people. Thank you hotel Rajpur Heights to make our stay really wonderful.
