“Spotless and luxurious rooms and ameneties. Excellent service. Our flight was delayed and reception messaged me via whatsapp if we are okay. I responded when we landed and then, when we got further delayed because of currency exchange wait at the airport, Carlos followed up again if we are okay. Wow, that's very impressive!
