After a day spent exploring the North Cornwall coast, relax in the sun in the enclosed garden with a cold glass of wine.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Highchair. Small enclosed front garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are internal steps between rooms.. In the quiet hamlet of Trewalder, just a couple of miles from Delabole and a 5-minute drive to the fabulous coastline, Sunnyside, as the name implies, sits in a south facing position, catching the sun when it shines. The cottage is perfect for a small family or friends looking for a peaceful location, yet its within easy access to the North Cornwall coast and the A39 Atlantic Highway. This quintessentially Cornish cottage has original slate floors, a bespoke hand-built farmhouse kitchen and a lovely wood burner in the living room. To the front is a small and sunny, fully enclosed garden, great for sitting out in and reading a book or the newspaper on a Sunday morning. Beach 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Lovely, quiet cottage, clean and a great location

The cottage is well represented on the website. It had all we needed and was a very peaceful place to be. While the property is in a quiet hamlet, it is really easy to get to places like Wadebridge, Tintagel etc.
