"Perfect"

"PERFECT stay for a large family! 14 were in town for our brothers wedding in Round Hill. 2 full kitchen spaces with living room. A bathroom for every room plus powder room downstairs! I'm jealous of those staying during pool season! It was glorious!"

"This farmhouse is huge and very well appointed. The photos on the listing are accurate. Plenty of beds. Common spaces are comfy, and the outdoor gazebo and pool area are very nice. Kitchen has all you need. The property is very quiet and private. Wifi is slow, but hopefully you don't have to do any work while you are enjoying the beautiful home!"

"The four of us came to John's place with different needs: the kids wanted open space to fly a little plane they received at Christmas, my husband wanted to be close enough to a coffee shop and I wanted hilly open space and a house with charm. Incredibly we all found what we were looking for. It was the perfect spot for us. We also highly appreciated John's overall kindness and ways of communication."

"We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The property is beautiful, horses in every direction and views that include mountains. We loved the outdoor space and wish we'd had more time to just hang out. Bring a corkscrew (the only thing we needed and didn't have) and plan to spend time taking in the scenery."

"We loved staying at this property and hope to return in the future! We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our wedding at a venue nearby and it was wonderful. The house and property are great to get around. The only things I would recommend preparing for is that: (1) the wifi signal and data signal are both weak, so be prepared to spend most of your time off your device; and (2) there are a couple of hornet/wasp nests on the patio and at the event structure by the silo. "We visited for a friends weekend and loved our stay. The bedrooms and communal areas were comfortable and great for a party of 7. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were a hit. The property was peaceful. We didn’t walk to winery bc it was raining but we did drive (a minute) there and that was a lovely winery trip.
