“It’s located very much downtown Wilmington, expect the usual street noise. Being on the fourth floor w/o an elevator wasn’t really an issue for our three night stay. Yes, carrying luggage up four floors is not as easy as pressing a button and waiting on a lift - but once up and eventually down it was just fine.”
