Please do not confuse the Fairmount with a Fairfield by Marriott. This was previously a Clarion Hotel/Choice property, and probably had a pretty good run for a while. It's now a bit long in the tooth. Bed was okay, and the hotel was quiet. The three-star hotels were getting $350-400 for a Saturday night, this was about $180. That's what you get, I guess.

We stayed for the weekend for my brothers wedding 30 minutes away. We loved how clean the hotel was! That Dunkin is connected to the building. Right off of 80. Has a bar and grill for the evening atmosphere. Only one mile down is a cute little town! We’d totally stay here again! The price is unbeatable!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to highway. The door to get in by our rooms didn't lock but the room door did. It did freak me out a bit but overall for the price it was a decent place to stay. I feel like i got what I paid for. We were visiting from out of town and just slept here 2 nights so we weren't expecting anything crazy nice.

Rooms had a weird smell to them, as soon as you walked in the smell hits you. There were so many flies in this hotel including dead ones in the windows. The pool was clean and enjoyable, I would improve on the hygiene and the lighting. Rooms are dark

Everything you'd expect from an off brand hotel in a tourist area. Everything is worn but functional. A bit cleaner than I expected which was a plus. The owners are nice, probably not making a killing so I can't fault them for not replacing the carpet or taking care of odors. The shower drain was slow to drain which is a bit gross but kind of expected than at ground level at this type of property and price. Would stay again if I had to.
