The hotel is accessible by Delhi Metro so for tourists it is a good location to be in, however, there is not much to do in the neighborhood itself. The staff was generally helpful to service requests and the in-hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at competitive prices.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Potential for a decent hotel, more works required.
The hotel is not clearly marked with a small entrance on the side with a table for a reception (without a sign saying its a hotel). It was more of a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Rooms were nice but unfortunately they were not well insulated and was facing a busy street, thus it was noisy all night. The rooms seemed quite new, however the floor and surfaces were very dusty. Much more effort should be taken to clean up the room.
We arrived and they did not have our reservation and had to scramble to give us the last available room which they had to then set up for the three beds we had booked. The cab they called for us was overpriced and the breakfast not really worth getting up for. The bottled water in the room was not sealed. Location is conveniently close to the Metro, but that's about it in regard to the advantage of the location. It is on a busy street with few options to dine or shop.
Pictures shown are very misleading. The hotel is located on top of a clinic so you have to take an elevator up to third floor. The furniture, towels, beddings, rugs are very old/used. Balconies are dirty. Breakfast is minimum. However, the staff is nice and tried their best to be helpful.
we arrived at the hotel to be informed that despite booking and paying for 3 beds in 1 room
there was no provision made for this. For our family.
The hotels answer to our request was to put a mattress on the floor of an already crowded and dirty room.
We complained and then were given a makeshift bed frame.
The rooms were of poor condition, with bathroom taps not working, dirty walls etc.
We expressed our disappointment to the manager who was sympathetic with our complaints and said he would change us to a better room in the morning.
This was duly done.
There are obviously two grades of room at this hotel which I was unaware of at booking.
The whole place needs attention. The towels are grey and old and bathrooms have poor drainage with water going all over the floor.
The hotel is up 3 flights of stairs with a small elevator. Below the hotel is a lab for blood tests etc and a pharmacy.
The metro is across the road which is a busy dual carriage way.
However the caretaker is very helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as good as possible.
Breakfast is complimentary but limited.
I suggest that Expedia visit to decide if this hotel deserves its 3 star rating.
The hotel is fairly cheap in price, but the problems do not make this a fair cost.
