Negatives: For the price I paid, I feel the rooms are very small, not much hangers for hanging clothes or towels. The lift is very small and inconvenient. The front desk staff has copies of the customer passports and Id's lying around on the counter which concerned me of potential identity theft. Positives: The staff was very courteous and helpful all the time.

Had a great experience for a days stay. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Breakfast have really good menus and every housekeeping members are really kind and helpful. Would like to stay here on my next visit soon

The staff works very hard to keep the property clean and tries to accommodate the needs and requests of guests. The murals in the rooms and public areas were charming. I cannot say enough good about staff member Gopal. He was so kind and helpful. The price of a nice room was very reasonable. This will be my “go to” in Delhi. And, Cafe Festa right across the street was great.
