「The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant.」

Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building」

The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

「We enjoyed staying at the Queen of Catskills B&B. Both husband and wife are very personable and make you feel welcome. We stayed in the yellow room so we could have our own bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The clawfoot bathtub looked great but was steep and slated at the bottom. 「This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night.
