“Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space for the four of us. The rooms are generous in size, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the refreshing cool temperature when we arrived on day! Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows( we always bring our own but didn’t need to we learned) the kitchen was great, though we didn’t cook any meals it seems like we would have had all we needed to do so. “It was a quiet street, but so close to everything. The home was perfect for us to stay in one room, and our daughter's family to stay in the two rooms on the other side. One room had a Barbie dream house, compkete with Barbies! Our little Grand loved it! Other toys and lots of books too. And the pool and huge yard! “Throughout our stay, when required, Shelly communicated in a timely and coherent manner. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and family oriented. Downtown Pittsburgh is very accessible from this location and all necessary amenities can be found in either Verona or Oakmont (giant eagle, coffee shops, nice restaurants, etc). If we return to this area, we would certainly look into renting Shelly’s vrbo again! :)”

We had access to the Carnegie Mellon Natural History Museum and the Pittsburgh zoo within 20 minute drives. All wonderful places for our 4yo to visit.
