This beautiful home is a wonderful spot for your next holiday or getaway. Generously sized bedrooms and is an ideal place for you and your family to get together during your visit to Delray Beach. The spacious property is within walking distance of the best local dining and shopping in the city. Only a few blocks from Lake Ida, and a short drive to Atlantic Avenue, Old School Square, or the beach, water sports and more. Villa Layana is conveniently located to enjoy all the attractions of Delray Beach.

The comfortable indoor living spaces are bright and airy. The living room is outfitted with a large and cozy sofa and a Smart TV for you and your guests to unwind after a busy day filled with activities.

The kitchen is spacious and includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar with high-top seating, lots of storage space, and all the essential cookware. Cooking at home will be an enjoyable moment to spend with friends and relatives.

Adjacent, the dining room is furnished with a beautiful wooden table and seats for up to six people. The French doors accessing the backyard provide abundant natural light, and the ceiling fan, holding onto a nice wood ceiling with beams, makes it fresh and breezy.
You will also find a desk and chair for office or school duties.

Featuring a king-size bed, luxury linens, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and its own bathroom, the master suite is a peaceful sanctuary to relax and have a good night of sleep. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plush linens, and a Smart TV as well. The third room, perfect for kids, is furnished with cozy matching twin beds. In addition there are two trundle beds which add two additional sleeping spaces if needed.

There is also a second commune bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a laundry room which is ideal for long stays.

The stunning backyard is filled with tropical greenery and features a private pool, an outdoor dining set, lounge chairs, a fire pit with seating, and a large BBQ grill. It’s a delightful space to enjoy the South Florida sun without having to leave the house.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and cookware. Enjoy traditional drip-style coffee pot, toaster, blender, cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Private driveway as well as garage parking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan. - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.
