Amazing stay
We loved this place! Easy walk to Atlantic. Quiet road so we could sleep in and relax. The owner was more than accommodating and even let us check out a little late. She was kind when we had a small electric issue as well! We will be back.

Just enough
Can down to Boca for a weekend event with my dog. The unit was perfect for that. Big yard and an enclosed area for pets to run. Manager was nice. I’d stay again.

This is old Florida style getaway . The cottages are in walking distance to Atlantic Ave where the art show takes place. Nice to have a grill or walk across street to a playground. Property is doggie friendly .

A weekend stay to visit my son and his girlfriend who live in Delray.
Good location. Clean property. Was perfect for what I needed. A clean place to sleep and shower. Great location to walk to the Ave for dinner and drinks etc. even took a stroll to the beach. A little further but got a nice 4 mile walk round trip. Would stay again for sure.

Trip to Delray
Close proximity to bars, restaurants, and shops on Atlantic Ave. The property is definitely cozy and does the job if you just need a place to sleep/shower. Communication with host was also seamless.

It’s ok if you only have to sleep
It’s mean for an overnight or two. It’s a small place that has window A/C units constantly running. The yard is not really manicured and I wouldn’t expect to entertain with two chairs outside.

There are plenty of benches and chairs outside and it's not a place for parties and entertainment. The yard is being constantly maintained. It's a garden style property. Perhaps Ritz Carlton would better suit Adam in the future.

While the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable, the condition of the property was not great. There is peeling paint in the bathroom and elsewhere, there are a number of small and loud window air conditioning units, not enough electrical outlets (some were dangling from the walls) the bathroom was tiny and we were given perhaps the smallest bar of soap I have ever seen (practically gone in 2 days). Outside looks like a trailer park.

Perfect for a vacation
Loved this tiny but adequate lodging. Easy walking/driving distance to everything. I minor complaint--i would have liked to know that their was only a standard coffee maker and that no filters were provided. Seems petty, but a cup of coffee is key to starting g my day!

clean, cozy...great for a weekend getaway
I was visiting my daughter for the weekend who resides in the area. A 10 min walk to the strip, short drive to the beach. Good for a shorter stay.

Dog Friendly Stay
Visiting family needed a place to stay with midsize dog. Perfect well lit dog run in back yard made exercising pup easy. Nice walk to Atlantic Street and Delray Beach Market for to go and outdoor meals.

This was a surprisingly great area to vacation in. The property itself was slightly smaller then expected, but it did the job for 4 people staying there. When we walked in the entire apartment smelled of fresh paint, but this raised more suspicion then put us at ease. Communication with property owner was fast and easy, but do not leave out any dishes in sink or will be small ants when you wake up. Overall a great find for a great price.

The reason it smelled like fresh paint is because every few weeks we touch up all the units due to people marking up the walls. We want all apartments to look pristine without any peeling paint, or marking on the walls.
