"I stayed at this property for three months and had a great experience. The location was perfect—close to downtown and right near I-95, which made getting around very convenient. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was extremely responsive and communicated clearly from the very beginning through the end of my stay. Overall, a wonderful long-term rental experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"We booked the place for a reunion of my 4 siblings. It was a good place with 4 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. The pool and yard were a perfect place to relax. Great place for a gathering!"

"I will start by saying that host is a very nice gentleman. However, it was never stated that he converted his garage to a 1 bedroom apartment and lives there. Since I was traveling with children it made me nervous The bathrooms could have been cleaner (and I’m not being picky my husband had to clean hair out of the shower drain)Overall, the house is nice but none of us were comfortable due to the fact that the host was there. The walls are thin so you can hear him coughing and sometimes talking. If I want to hear someone’s conversation or coughing then I would have stayed in a hotel. Overall the experience was not the best. Vrbo asked him to give me a refund and he ignored them. I will probably never use Vrbo again "
