“The apartment was really nice, the hot tub was great, it was just a little hard to find the entrance to it. Overall a great stay!”

“Everything was perfect”

“Awesome studio, nice and clean, comfortable bed and perfect for couples. Great location in walking distance to everything! Host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“The studio was perfect. It was clean, well organized with what we needed for our stay. It was well located to downtown driving was minimal for what we had planned to do. We could walk to most things. Perfect get away location.”

“Only good things were it was dog friendly and the heater and hot water worked. This is why it got 2 stars rather than 1. Toilet was turned OFF. Had to turn it on at the wall and the float was broken so it continuously ran. Handrail up to the bunk bed was screwed on by one single screw. And it was a loose screw. There is a gap under the door that has been there for at least 5 months when someone else on Vrbo mentioned it. Board over doorway rocks and is super loose. Don’t ask about banister. I’d……

“All was well and good. Minor problem with key lock box.”

“Great location within walking distance to almosteverything downtown. Many times we are asked byVRBO hosts to remove bed sheets. With this beinga one bedroom unit, the bed gets heavy use. Wewould suggest this host change the mattress padson a more regular basis. Kitchen very clean andwell stocked.”

“this was our best year so far in Helen GA was great location close to town vary nice. loved it”

“The place was clean and in a great location - Quiet and right on the river. Just did not realize is is not accessible. Parking was tight due to other cars in lot. Had to walk up a flight of stairs to get into the apartment and then had another flight of stairs to go up to the bedrooms. I don't believe I read that in the description. The owner was very responsive - did forget we were arriving and I had to call her to get the code to get into the place, She was very apologetic and very……

“We did not want to leave! Great place to stay. Location was excellent, bed was so comfortable, unit was very spacious, and everything within walking distance! Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“Excellent location, very roomy property with a great hot tub. Owner is very communicative.”

“We love the property! It was within walking distance to everything! It was clean and very well kept. We will definitely be back!”

“The room was very quiet. The pool was refreshing after some pickleball. Our first stay in Helen. We had a great time!”

“Leonard, the host, was great to work with. Great communication before and during the stay. Condo was perfect with lots of added amenities. So clean and comfortable. Wonderful location to walk to town.”

“This is a super nice studio, EASY walk into town. So convenient, and very well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“It’s a nice large condo. It really needs some maintenance. The downstairs toilet ran and was basically unusable so we did not use that bedroom as a result. The curtain rod had fallen out of the wall in the living room when we arrived. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well!”

“We enjoyed the stay so much. Location was the best. Walk to town was so close. Lots of room for big families. Just be aware it is 3 floors and lots of steps Would recommend highly.”
