Was clean and well equipt, tea, coffee and milk and some cake which was a nice touch, a home from home with close links, Lidl, Aldi and Morrisons in nearby Denbigh, some nice places to eat out close by, isolated which we liked and friendly owners. A lovely find!

We had a fantastic week at Hendy, our hosts Margaret and Robin could not have been more friendly and accommodating we even were invited onto the farm to watch the sheep being sheared. The cottage itself was very clean and larger than expected the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We will definitely stay again as it was easy to travel around North Wales from this location. You were in fantastic countryside and it felt that you were in the middle if nowhere but in fact you were only 10 minutes away from Denbigh and all that it had to offer.

Very nice place. Owner very friendly and helpful. Provided cakes and flowers arrangements in the house on arrival as well as lighting the fire in the living room which was a very nice touch. Kitchen very well equipped. House warm given the visit being in april.

We had a lovely time staying here over Christmas. The cottage felt like home immediately and it was a lovely place to spend cold evenings in front of the fire. The house was spacious but cosy and having a big well stocked kitchen was great for big Christmas dinners. The location is great with gorgeous views and close proximity to Snowdonia as well as lovely towns and villages. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the house was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch!

Set in the hills near Denbigh, Hendy was perfect for our stay in north Wales. Spacious, plenty of room for sleeping 7 of us and with great, modern facilities. Owners very friendly & helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to book there again but for the nervous driver, the narrow lanes to get there can be a bit tricky and daunting!
