La casa en general está bien, la limpieza era buena, está muy cerca de la playa. Hay una habitación que no tiene aire acondicionado aunque en el anuncio y en el contrato pongan que todas las habitaciones tienen. Le faltaría alguna sombra en el patio.

Un engaño

La estancia ha sido pésima, lo primero es que es falso que sean 4 habitaciones, son solo 3, 1 de ellas con camas para 5 personas y dividida por una especie de puerta que no cierra, por lo que no hay nada de privacidad. La zona de las literas no tiene ventana. Además había que pasar por la zona de las literas para llegar a la cama de matrimonio, por lo que los niños no podían descansar. La casa estaba llena de cucarachas, había varios avisperos en el patio y hasta encontramos un pájaro muerto en la chimenea. Las macetas del patio están llenas de colillas y latas de cerveza. La escalera de la piscina completamente oxidada (a mitad de la estancia vinieron a traernos una nueva). Los colchones horribles, se te clavan los muelles por todos lados. Hace muchísimo calor, y una de ls partes de la habitación doble no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que no descansa bien. Lo único bueno es que el agua caliente llega para que todos se duche . La zona malísima, hay que ir andando por la carretera para llegar a la playa. La persona que entrega las llaves un encanto, la propietaria no te ayuda en nada. En el salón solo pueden comer 6 personas, si sois más, tendréis que salir a comer al patio a pesar del sol, calor, etc.

C’est le 3ieme année que nous venons ici. Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances comme d’habitude, la maison est très bien placée à 500m de la plage et pas loin du centre. Agence et propriétaire réactifs en cas de besoin également.

Casa bien distribuida

Fuimos 10 amigas y disfrutamos mucho. La casa está muy bien si vas a en familia o amigos porque tiene habitaciones y tres baños. Hace calor pero el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El jardín es grande pero un fallo muy grande es que no tiene ningún tipo de toldo que de sombra, lo que hace imposible disfrutar de él durante el día puesto que en verano hace mucho calor. Por otro lado tampoco tiene barbacoa y con ese patio estaría bien tenerla. Los vecinos muy amables. En cuanto a la distancia está perfecta para ir andando a todos los lados. En general la estancia ha sido muy buena y la persona encargada de la comunicación ha estado disponible siempre que la hemos necesitado. La limpieza correcta.

Una casa perfecta. Hemos ido 10 amigas. A 5 minutos andando de la playa, en un vecindario/urbanización genial. Justo al lado de un supermercado, lo que es genial. El “centro” de Denia a 15 minutos andando. La casa limpísima, amplia y genial el aire acondicionado!!! La piscina mucho mejor de lo que parece. El patio trasero es perfecto, con muchísimas sillas y mesas. Además, la casa tiene de todo: tostadora, cafeteras, plancha para parrilla, lavavajillas, plancha de planchar, secador de pelo, lavadora… Repetiremos seguro!
