Luxury villa with sea and mountain views in Denia, accommodating 8 people, perfect for families seeking a relaxing holiday. The property features 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with 4 double beds, ensuring a pleasant rest for all guests.



The accommodation offers 3 full bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower, which facilitates coexistence and privacy of the residents. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and a wide range of kitchen utensils and crockery.



The house has air conditioning in all rooms and heating with a heat pump to ensure comfort in any season. In addition, it has WiFi connection and television with satellite channels.



The exterior offers a fully enclosed private garden of 1000 m², with garden furniture that invites you to enjoy outdoor moments. The property includes a private garage with space for 3 parking spaces, with a socket for an electric car (additional cost). The private swimming pool is 9x5 metres and there is a children's pool 30cm deep, ideal for cooling off on hot days. The house has private access to several trails in the Montgó Natural Park.



Located in Denia, this holiday home is a perfect destination for those seeking tranquillity and comfort. It is important to note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed, and smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.



The heating costs (gas, oil or pellets) are not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen von Denia. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping, Restaurants ist alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich ruhig.Wir haben das erste Mal über Carlos Ferien gebucht und wurden von der Professionalität der Agentur nicht enttäuscht.
