Vacances inoubliables.

Le propriétaire est aimable et très serviable. La maison est très bien situé, pas loin du centre et des plages. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Dénia et nous reviendrons certainement un jour.

Casa con pros y contras

La descripción del anuncio se ajusta a las condiciones de la casa. Hay que decir que a la casa le falta un aire acondicionado en las habitaciones de arriba pues a pesar de que hay uno en el piso de arriba no está en las habitaciones y hace demasiado calor. El aire de abajo es suficiente para ventilar ese piso. En cuanto a las habitaciones, están bien equipadas aunque la ducha de abajo es bastante pequeña y estrecha. Respecto al jardín es amplio con una mesa y unas sillas además de unos sillones pero se echa de menos algo de césped pues las piedras hacen que se retenga el calor en ese espacio. Además, como le comenté a Carlos, debería de haber un tendedero más amplio pues el que está es bastante pequeño e inaccesible para personas bajas o mayores. La ubicación de la casa es buena pues en máximo 10 minutos llegas en coche a la playa de Les Marines. En resumen, mejorando ciertos aspectos la casa quedaría muy bien.

Preciosa casa, estancia perfecta
