Cozy house

We loved the location and house that had everything one would need. The location in Santa Lucia, in a residence with 12 houses and a community pool is wonderful. House is hard to find so helpful to have help or more details before check-in. Mattresses and bedding not as comfortable as we wished but rest of house absolutely excellent!

À notre arrivée , tout était préparé , maison très propre , lits faits . Cette petite maison est vraiment très bien équipée et très propre. Nous étions vraiment très bien installés pour nos vacances . Le fait d’avoir à disposition machine à laver le linge et sèche linge est très pratique . La piscine est aussi un vrai avantage car il fait très chaud . Dans l’ensemble c’est assez calme , tout dépend des voisins . Un seul souci toutefois, la literie de la seconde chambre . Le matelas est très dur . L’agence Immo Stella Immo a été très réactive et nous a apporté dès le lendemain un sur matelas . Mais le propriétaire devrait lettre de vrais matelas dans cette chambre.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour la maison est super propre accueil agréable très beau jardin la piscine en face de la maison. Nous venons sur dénia depuis 15 ans, nous avons trouvé un peu cher la location l’électricité en plus … un prix un peu élevé mais c’est une belle location

Das Objekt ist in einem wunderschönen Gemeinschaftsgarten und -pool augestattet, das Haus selber bietet absolut alles, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation über Frau Schaich war absolut sympathisch, professionell und könnte nicht besser sein. Wir können das Objekt ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Super villa à Denia

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette villa splendide a tout point de vue pour 2 ou 4 personnes.Son point fort est une piscine qui est au bout de la terrasse dans un jardin tropical magnifiquement entretenu et qui donne sur le 'montgo'.Le calme de la villa et la proximité du centre historique de Denia , de ses boutiques, des plages et du port ne font qu enjoliver ces vacances (trop top les fêtes autour du 15 aout à Dénia).

Wundervoller Urlaub in Denia

Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Stella Inmo Consulting war vor und während unseres Urlaubes immer einwandfrei. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit nützlichen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch nicht weit entfernt von Stränden und der Stadt. Traumhaft ist einfach der sehr gepflegte Garten mit Pool und der Aussicht auf den Berg Montgo. Insgesamt haben wir als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus und die Agentur absolut weiterempfehlen.

Alles perfekt

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr schöner kleiner Anlage. Gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Übergabe des Hauses war problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Dankeschön an Stefanie und Carolina

Wir waren zwei Monate in der Villa. Diese ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Neben der Waschmaschine gibt es auch einen Trockner, was bei einer Anmietung im Winter sehr nützlich ist, da der Montgo zu dieser Zeit leider nicht viel Sonne zulässt. Sonst ist die Lage sehr günstig, da man alle Annehmlichkeiten (Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Hafen etc.) in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Für die Winteranmietung würden wir die Villa nur für 2 Personen empfehlen, da es im Wohnzimmer nur 3 gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Im Sommer kein Problem, da man sich dann die meiste Zeit draußen aufhält. Terasse und Garten sind sehr schön angelegt. Marion & Gerd D.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Denia

Das Objekt hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir, das waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche, hatten eine unbeschwerte Zeit. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht voll dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war perfekt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!!

Toller Urlaub

Schönes Haus, noch schönerer Garten, toller Pool. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht ganz perfekt waren, aber nicht weiter ins Gewicht fielen. Wir fühlten uns wohl und von Frau Zimmer sehr gut betreut.

Toller Urlaub!

Vor einigen Jahren waren wir schon einmal in Denia. Aber da war es längst nicht so schön, wie in dieser Villa. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst: das Haus mit dem offenen Koch- Wohnbereich (mit jeglicher Austattung, die man zum Kochen benötigt), der Pool, die Umgebung (Denia lädt dazu ein, abends durch die Gässchen zu schlendern), das Essen und der Service. Das Haus liegt auf dem Hausberg von Denia, zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt könnte man sogar zu Fuß gehen. In die Stadt und an den Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Wohlgefühl pur!!!

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super: Der nächste Supermarkt ist innerhalb 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Es ist sehr ruhig und auch im Winter hat man hier die schöne Mittagssonne! Die Anlage ist sehr gefplegt und äußerst einladend gestaltet. Das Haus an sich befindet sich ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand. Obwohl der Dezember doch auch Mal kalte Tage in Spanien hat, habe ich hier nicht frieren müssen; ob Zentralheizung oder Klimaanlage, hier ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei! Man hat hier einen komplett eigenständigen Haushalt: voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!!!), Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, Fernsehn und sogar Internet-Anschluss! Ich konnte mich mit jeder Frage oder Bitte an Frau Schaich wenden, die immer freundlich und äußerst Kundenorientiert handelt :-) ich fühlte mich bei ihr als Vermieterin sehr gut aufgehoben! Mein Fazit: Am liebsten würde ich gar nicht erst wieder ausziehen! :-)
